The Brief
The Dr Pepper Sonic Games is a year-long competition between Sonic Drive-In restaurants nationwide. The top-performing stores win a trip to Las Vegas for an awards celebration with Sonic and Dr Pepper executives.
Through their event planner, Sonic brought in Braden and a fellow magician for strolling magic during cocktail hour, followed by a performance after dinner, right before the award ceremony.
The Night
With two magicians working cocktail hour, every group got its own up-close moment before dinner.
This wasn't a typical corporate crowd. Many guests were restaurant team members who had spent a year earning the trip, and plenty of them already knew Braden from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Instead of being introduced to a magician, they were meeting someone they'd watched online, and the night felt bigger before a single trick was performed.
After dinner, Braden's show sent the room into the award ceremony laughing, fooled, and fired up for the moment everyone had worked all year for.

Why It Worked
