Three years is the mark where a restaurant knows it's going to make it. 5th Ave Grille celebrated with a plated dinner, open bar, live music, and a room full of the people who made it possible: investors, VIPs, and the regulars who'd been there since day one.
Planning took one phone call. The goal was simple: no agenda, just fun for the guests. Braden would perform tableside magic throughout the night, moving from group to group as the evening unfolded.
The Night
This was a warm room there to celebrate, not one that needed to be won over, so Braden spent as much time getting to know the guests as he did performing for them.
The standout moment came with the owner. A dollar bill he signed vanished, then turned up behind the bar, sealed inside a lemon that a bartender cut open on the spot. At a milestone celebration, making the owner the centerpiece of the night's biggest moment made it personal, not just impressive.
