The site also collects basic analytics data, including the pages you view, how you arrived, and your device and browser type.
Your details are used to answer your inquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and plan your event. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Inquiries sent through the booking forms are processed by HoneyBook, our booking and contract platform, and site traffic is measured with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. We do not sell or rent your personal information and we do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
Inquiry and booking records are kept for as long as they are needed to plan and deliver your event and to meet tax and contract record requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Send a request through the contact form and it will be handled within 30 days.
